PALACINA STUDIO KITCHENETTE ROOMS

Palacina features seven Studio Kitchenette rooms; each at over 50 square meters in size.

Some features unique to our Studio rooms;

• - A separate living room and separate bedroom.
• - Flat screen TV's with premium content.
• - High pressure showers in the bathrooms.
• - In-room electronic safe box that can
  accommodate a lap-top computer.
• - Tea/coffee making facilities plus a microwave oven
  and wet bar area; most also have full kitchen facilities.

• - Air conditioners are not included but we do provide
  heaters and up-right fans which are perfect for
  Nairobi's temperate climes.

PALACINA CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

Due to the potential loss of revenue occasioned by a cancellation or Reduction in Days (R.I.D.), the following policy is applicable at Palacina's discretion.

• - If cancelled or R.I.D. within 20 days prior to arrival - 25% of the accommodation revenue
• - If cancelled or R.I.D. within 14 days prior to arrival - 50% of the accommodation revenue
• - If cancelled or R.I.D. less than 7 days prior to arrival or No Show - 100% charge
