& No-Show Policy
Due to the potential loss of revenue occasioned by a cancellation or Reduction in Days
(R.I.D.), the following policy is applicable at Palacina's discretion.
- If cancelled or R.I.D. within 20 days prior to arrival - 25% of the accommodation revenue
- If cancelled or R.I.D. within 14 days prior to arrival - 50% of the accommodation revenue
- If cancelled or R.I.D. less than 7 days prior to arrival or No Show - 100% charge
