Why stay in an average hotel room when you can experience a Palacina Suite?

Palacina features eight luxury hotel suites including two Penthouse suites. Each suite is over 70 square meters in size.

Some features unique to our suites;

- Space: a separate living room, bedroom, walk-in closet and private front facing balcony.
- Flat screen TV's with premium content.
- Fully air conditioned.
- Separate high pressure shower and a separate bathtub with Jacuzzi jets.
- In-room electronic safe box that can accommodate a lap-top computer.
- Tea/coffee making facilities plus a microwave oven and wet bar area.

PALACINA CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

Due to the potential loss of revenue occasioned by a cancellation or Reduction in Days (R.I.D.), the following policy is applicable at Palacina's discretion.

- If cancelled or R.I.D. within 20 days prior to arrival - 25% of the accommodation revenue
- If cancelled or R.I.D. within 14 days prior to arrival - 50% of the accommodation revenue
- If cancelled or R.I.D. less than 7 days prior to arrival or No Show - 100% charge
