3. Bookings

3.1 All bookings are subject to these Terms and your booking confirmation.

3.2 Online reservations are processed through a third-party booking engine (SiteMinder). You must also accept their terms.

3.3 A booking becomes binding once confirmed by us and issued with a confirmation number.

3.4 You must be 18 years or older to make a booking or stay alone. Adults accompanying minors assume full responsibility.

3.5 Check-in and check-out times are communicated during booking.

3.6 Cancellation policies are stated during booking and apply strictly.

3.7 No-shows will be charged in full where a reservation is guaranteed.

4. Payment

4.1 We accept major debit and credit cards. We do not store card details.

4.2 Corporate invoicing is available only by prior written agreement.

4.3 Online payments are processed securely via encrypted systems.

4.4 We do not charge card processing fees, but your bank may.

5. Service Availability & Modifications

5.1 We aim to keep Services available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

5.2 We may modify, suspend or discontinue Services at any time.

5.3 We are not liable for service interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues or force majeure.
