Our experience was outstanding. We were referred by Daniela who worked there in the past. We didn’t know what to expect. But the service was first class. The room was off the charts. The hospitality was amazing. Patrick was the absolute best. He facilitated every request that me and my fiancé had. He made sure that we would remember that place forever and we definitely plan to be back the next time we come to Kenya. Thank you for an amazing stay. 100/10 experience.

An Oasis of Beauty, Calm and Top Quality in Nairobi

The Palacina Hotel is an absolute gem of an oasis in a noisy, bustling , traffic ridden city. We were thrilled and surprised to be upgraded to a very large suite that really topped off our stay in Nairobi.

The staff are superb and sincerely customer focused, friendly and welcoming. All the details of the rooms are outstanding!!

I swam in the very lengthy and comfortably temperate indoor pool everyday and loved it. The breakfasts are really top notch - best home baked croissants of the whole trip.

Can recommend this amazing, very very high quality hotel over and over to all!

A wonderful stay, amazing staff.

We stayed total of four nights a the Palacina in a three week period and our stay was exceptional each time. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The overall service was wonderful and the rooms we stayed in were of the highest standard. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again next time we're in Nairobi.

Loved the calmness, the location and the hotel overall!

This was my first time staying at Palacina and I really loved it. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, which made it easy to relax.

I'm quite active, so I really enjoyed using the gym and especially the indoor swimming pool — it was perfect for doing laps in the afternoons. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I would definitely come back.

Excellent stay at The Palacina

Thank you for an excellent reception by Hassan at 220am proving us a warm welcome and information about our room and meals. The Palacina is a beautiful lush oasis away from the bustle of Nairobi. The kitchen and server staff provide fresh coffee per request and excellent omlettes. Our suite with 2 bedrooms was decadent and clean. Incredible experience. Wish we had more time to use the pools.

Great staff, good room, awesome pool

Very intentional staff, the hotel is very clean. The rooms are very spacious with hot water and at great pressure.

The food is good too. Best part for me was the indoor pool.

Lovely Hotel

This is a lovely hotel in a very nice residential area. It is close to the downtown area, but blessedly quiet. I only heard a dog barking. Once. The rooms are huge and immaculately clean. The decorations are charming. The gift shop has some excellent items available at reasonable prices. The breakfast are excellent, and you just asked the chef what he has available and it seems he can pretty much do anything French toast, pancakes, omelettes, eggs of any type. The coffee is excellent. Dinners are OK. My butter chicken the first night was excellent, but my barbecue chicken the next night was a bit of the dry side. Everyone of course, is exceedingly pleasant and very helpful. As a gracefully aging person I would appreciate an elevator on my trips up to the third floor, but that doesn’t appear to be the case. I planned accordingly and managed. this is certainly an excellent hotel and we enjoyed our stay after our 18 hour flights to get to Nairobi from the States.

I Always Choose The Palacina!

I am a travel guide and always choose The Palacina when in Nairobi. As a travel guide, our reputation is always on the line with who we choose to partner with and I never have to worry when booking guests into The Palacina. The staff are absolutely wonderful, the accommodations are beautiful, the gardens and property are breathtaking and the onsite Bistro is such a fantastic option. The location is perfect if needing a place to rest up for a night or two before heading out on safari, as it is only about 4 miles from Wilson Airport.

Coastal charm in the city!

we were both blown away! The place has such a beautiful, coastal vibe — calm, airy, and relaxing — you almost forget you’re in the city. The food was absolutely delicious; we cleared our plates without a second thought. Service was friendly, attentive, and just perfect. My daughter couldn’t stop smiling, and we both agreed we’ll definitely be back. Palacina is one of those places that leaves you happy long after you’ve left. Highly recommend!

Great experience at the palacino the suites.

I stayed at flat 10 from 24th to 26 with my family. they rooms were neat and well maintained. I didn't go with my towels and I had clean towels all through. The ambience and very thing was super. They had good complementary breakfast. I will stay here again whenever I visit from Nigeria

A great place to stay

Our stay here was a short stopover for two nights on arrival in Nairobi and to facilitate a trip to the Sheldricks. It's a great hotel, very friendly and the staff are very helpful. A good breakfast and also great meals on an evening. The rooms are a great size and clean although some things were a little tired, like plugs hanging out the wall, very noisy air conditioning that then wouldn't work. Otherwise a great place to stay.

You can't go wrong!

The Pacino hotel is an oasis in the city! Beautifully appointed and landscaped, the rooms are comfortable and elegant. Each and every one of the staff we encountered was friendly, efficient and accommodating, especially Sampson at the reception desk. The hotel’s on-site safari company, Tour Africa Safaris, booked a custom safari for us that was even beyond what we had hoped for. The hotel director, Mohammed Altaf went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. The hotel Palacina is highly recommended!

Excellent Hotel and Safari Tour Company

We stayed for several nights at the Palacina and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff was exceptionally helpful with our Safari tour booked with them (Tour Africa Safaris). The hotel director, Mohamed Eltaff, went above and beyond to ensure that we had a good experience.

The only place to stay when you visit Nairobi

My friends and I stayed at the Palacina hotel in Nairobi when we were on our Safari. This place is absolutely beautiful safe clean oasis in the very big city of Nairobi. The staff couldn't have been nicer and accommodating with smiles and handshakes and a welcome back. My friends and I felt safe and appreciated every step of the way. I'd like to call out Samson who met us at 12:30 am after 24 hours of flying with a smile and help with our bags. He also helped us work out of a few issues.issues we had within minutes of us having them so good for him.

We also want to thank Mohammed, who runs the travel agency and hotel as he bent over backwards to put together a five day safari for us with a 24 hour notice. Our trip was spectacular because of Muhammad and his team’s support. Five stars is not enough to rate our experience at the Palancia Hotel.

Clean, tranquil and perfect

Clean, tranquil, and beautifully maintained — the perfect place to relax. The staff were exceptionally warm and helpful, from Samson and Vanessa at the front desk to Lilian and Florida who assisted me throughout my stay. I loved the serene grounds and the pool — everything was thoughtfully cared for and made my stay truly enjoyable.
