Palacina Cancellation & No-show policy
Due to the potential loss of revenue occasioned by a cancellation or reduction in days (R.I.D.), the following policy is applicable at Palacina’s discretion.
- If cancelled or R.I.D. within 30 days prior to arrival - 25% of the accommodation revenue
- If cancelled or R.I.D. within 15 days prior to arrival- 50% of the accommodation revenue
- If cancelled or R.I.D. less than 7 days prior to arrival or no show - 100% of the accommodation revenue
Day use is 60% of the overnight rates (Latest 6.00pm)
